FRIEDMAN SELLS 40,000 SF CHORMAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN SOUTHGATE

Farmington Hills, Michigan (February 23, 2017) – Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions, one of the nation’s leading providers of commercial real estate services, recently sold Chorman Elementary School, a 40,000 square foot building located at 15500 Howard St in Southgate, Michigan. The seller, Southgate Community Schools, sold the building to Calvary Baptist Church of Southgate Michigan Non Profit Corporation.
