CBOR Announces New Membership Alliance with the Saginaw Board of REALTORS

Grand Blanc, Michigan, January 12, 2012. The Commercial Board of REALTORS® - Michigan (CBOR) is pleased to announce a new “Alliance” with the Saginaw Board of REALTORS® (SBR) to provide commercial benefits and dual membership in CBOR and CPIX.net to SBR’s members.
CBOR, with 625 members,focuses on providing Michigan’s commercial real estate practitioners and industry related professionals services and benefits. One of CBOR’s greatest benefits is www.CPIX.net, the statewide commercial property information exchange (CIE), which is similar to a local MLS. CPIX is a commercial marketing platform with integrated research, governed by CBOR’s board of directors, with a full statewide, national, and international public interface.
SBR members that focus on the commercial real estate industry can now join CBOR and CPIX at a reduced rate, as long as they remain primary members of SBR. Member benefits of this relationship include access to commercial transaction forms, free commercial continuing education, commercial networking events, commercial focused political advocacy, commercial news, discounts on services, and reduced membership rates to CPIX.net. SBR members can also create free guest accounts to market their properties to the 450+ CPIX members.
This is CBOR’s 22nd “Alliance” with local associations of REALTORS® in Michigan. CBOR continues to broaden its scope with the goal of providing low cost, highly efficient resources and marketing tools for every commercial practitioner in the state of Michigan.

FRIEDMAN LEASES 94,571 SF OF OFFICE SPACE IN TROY TO FLAGSTAR BANK
Farmington Hills, Michigan (January 5, 2012)-Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions, the Midwest’s leading provider of commercial real estate services, announces the lease of 94,571 SF at the Troy Officentre, located at 320-340 E. Big Beaver Road in Troy, Michigan, to Flagstar Bancorp, Inc. (NYSE: FBC). Glenn N. DesRosiers, Senior Vice President, Brokerage Services, represented the lessor, Osprey Management Co. LLC in the transaction, which comprises the entire second and third floors of Building B and entire third floor of building C of the 745,000 SF office complex. Garret Keais of Signature Associates represented the lessee.

Cooper Commercial Negotiates Sale of 1.61 Acres in Lapeer
Flint, MI (November 23, 2011) – Cooper Commercial recently negotiated the sale of a 1.61 Acre lot located at 1090 S. Lapeer Road in Lapeer, Michigan.
