Joining Lee & Associates of Michigan in 2014, Ryan Marchand serves as a Sales Associate in the industrial division, specializing in the sale and lease of industrial facilities in the Southeastern Michigan market.
Ryan graduated Wayne State University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.

Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Ryan served as Resident Manager at Cass and Ferry Apartments in Midtown, Detroit, where he managed leasing, advertising, business system development, and financial planning operations for the highly regarded 115-unit complex.
Ryan’s interest in real estate investing has led him to complete several real estate investment courses both inside and outside of the CCIM coursework.

In early 2014, Ryan joined the Detroit Young Professionals, an organization built to bring business-minded recent graduates together.
