Gerdom Realty is responsible for Tenant and Landlord representation, the buying and selling of commercial and investment properties, land assemblages, and development of commercial and residential vacant land. A representative list of past customers include; YUM! Brands, Family Video, Starbucks Coffee, Burger King, Walgreen's, Wok Box, Chuck E Cheese, Panchero's Mexican Grill, , Advance Auto Parts, Pet Supplies Plus and Huntington National Bank.

Tjader Gerdom is the principal of Gerdom Realty & Investment, and entered into the commercial real estate industry in 1997. Beginning a career at Schostak Brothers & Company, Inc. he worked closely with several experienced commercial retail brokers building service and sales skills while increasing his market knowledge. In 2001, Tjader joined Insite Commercial Group and was promoted to Vice President in 2002 where he directed the Commercial/Retail Team. Tjader joined Colliers as a Vice President as part of the merger with Insite Commercial Group in January 2006. In January of 2009, he launched Gerdom Realty & Investment, in order to adapt to the changing commercial marketplace to take advantage of the current weak economy to benefit his clients' investment needs. Tjader is a member of the Detroit Area Commercial Board of Realtors, Michigan Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, ICSC and Downriver Chamber of Commerce.
