Michael J. Farrell, who joined CORE Partners, LLC at its inception as an Associate Partner, is a 20 year resident and respected business person of Livingston County. Michael’s primary business focus is concentrated in the western Oakland, Washtenaw, Genesee, and Livingston County markets, focusing primarily on office and industrial products.

After higher education in the field of Auto Body Design Engineering, Michael began his professional management career in the marine industry. Desiring more of a challenge, he entered the field of lending with a Michigan based brokerage. After several years in lending, Michael decided his extensive business and finance knowledge would prove to be an excellent combination to best serve clients of CORE Partners.

Since the transition to CORE Partners, Michael has used his skills to provide impeccable customer service to tenants on their space requirements and landlords on leasing vacant space and renewal negotiations. His previous experience in lending has also proven to be useful in the acquisition and/or disposition of underperforming assets and underutilized properties of owners/purchasers and lenders alike.

Michael prides himself on being an ethical, honest professional who dedicates himself to delivering the utmost in customer service to his clients.
