Don Wallace has worked as a Commercial RealtorĂ½ since 1999. In addition to the CCIM commercial real estate designation, he has an MBA from Augusta State University, Augusta, Georgia, a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, and a BS degree in physics from Adrian College.
Prior to his career in commercial real estate, he accumulated over 17 years of technical, sales and marketing experience with companies including Underwriters Laboratories, General Motors EDS, Rapid Engineering (industrial heating systems), Tranter Corporation (industrial heat exchangers) and Ronnigen Petter (industrial filtration). Don has also started, owned and sold a company specializing precision metal cutting and threading tools. The firm was a market leader in its specialty.
Experience with industrial property site selection, medical office and business sales as well as tax-deferred exchanges.
