Matt Leighton specializes in the sale and leasing of commercial properties.

With nine years of commercial real estate experience, he has secured 140 sales and leasing transactions with a career sales volume over $18 million.

Prior to joining Prudential Callander, Leighton was founder and owner of Leighton Real Estate, a full-service brokerage company. He also served as associate broker for five years at Kersten-Morris Real Estate & Leasing Co., LLC. Previously, he was a regional sales manager for Master Craft, a
printing manufacturer.

Leighton is actively involved in the commercial real estate community. As such, he is a member of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Institute and has earned the prestigious CCIM designation. He is also a member of the Michigan Association of Realtors.

Leighton earned a bachelor's degree in education with a minor in business from Western Michigan University.
