Before working in real estate brokerage, Olga worked with a private mega-developer for seven
years in the Grand Rapids, MI area. That real-estate career began in the office market, whereby
she was responsible for leasing and tenant relations for an office park of six buildings and large
office spaces of 10,000 to more than 150,000 square feet within a facility. She then became
involved with the industrial market, understanding their space needs and matching them to
desired locations and functional floor plans. She facilitated win-win contracts for tenants and
owners.
It is the unique combination of understanding Landlords individual business objectives with their
respective properties and matching them with the right buyer or tenant. She specializes in
knowing the Market Place; the players, the buildings, and rates. In the lease-up of millions of
square feet, it is the understanding of the usage needs, location, building values, and final
negotiations that clients have entrusted their real-estate business to her. This comes from more
than three decades of marketing and business management positions and more than the last
two decades in the realm of real estate.
