The property sold includes 20 acres of vacant land, two class C grow permits, and one processing permit. It is located on North Maple Island Road in Muskegon, a large city in West Michigan. The grow and processing facility will help supply cannabis products to the 1.4 million Michigan residents who live within 60 miles of the location.
After Michigan’s recent decision to allow both medical and recreational marijuana businesses, the demand is rising for city-approved property on which to place the facilities.
