Minimize cost of providing services to rural areas. Encourage long-term investment in improvements to maintain/expand Ag production by creating stable environment for such. Reduce amount of land consumed in rural areas for non-agricultural use. Prevent intrusion of uses into farm areas that are incompatible with general farming activities. Permit services necessary to support farming activities. Residential developments in the form of plats or site condos are considered in conflict with the intent and purpose of this district.
