The office and display room of the home repair contractors such as heating, painting, roofing and decorating contractors provided the business is entirely within a completely enclosed building, there is no storage of supplies or equipment on the premises outside the building, and no more than fifty (50) percent of the gross floor area is used for processing and fabricating. i. Drive-in establishments offering foods or services to customers waiting in parked automobiles. j. Theaters, including outdoor or drive-in theaters. k.
